Comment on the cantilever product you purchased

	The images, exceeded my expectations. were up to my expectations. were not up to my expectations. No good image is obtained. No comment
4.	*Could you pick up the chip/strip easily from the case?
	Very easy No problem It was done in a cautious manner. I lost a few chips in handling. No comment

Comment on its packaging and case
5.	*When you received the product, did you find the chips or cantilever-strips properly placed in the case? And did you find any broken cantilevers?
	No problem A cantilever-strip / a chip was out of place, however the cantilevers were not broken. A cantilever-strip / a chip was out of place, and the cantilevers were broken. A chip was flipped. I need its replacement. No comment

6.	*Do those materials describe the cantilevers well?
	Easy to understand Somewhat understandable They lack some necessary information. I didn't read them. No comment
7.	*Were you able to get information on our probes easily with the brochure or on our web pages?
	Very easy access to the information Good I had to invest a good deal of time and effort to access some information. I had to contact to Olympus / its distributors for the information. No comment

8.	*Was the expected delivery time from the distributor longer than you would like?
	Faster than I would like Acceptable period Responding delivery time was long. I hope that it would be shorten next time. Delivery was delayed No comment
9.	*In considering the performance of the probes and service, would you accept the same price on the next purchase?
	Yes. I accept the price because its performance was high enough for our experiments. Yes. I accept the price. The price is almost same as the other supplier's. It's too expensive to order next time. I would be interested in a quantity discount. No. The other vender's probe is cheaper than Olympus', even small difference in performance. I will choose the other vender's probes next time.
